Management Model for Telework in the Public Chilean Administration

Abstract
This article addresses the experience of public officials with telework in pandemic as a basis for proposing a Management Model and matrix that guides public institutions in the field of telework, being able to turn them into resilient organizations that manage to metalinguistically comply with the concept of telework through the generation of public value.
