The article attempts a conceptual approach between the Social Studies of Science and Technology, particularly the so-called Social Constructivism of Technology Systems and the Theory of Circle Credit-Credibility, with some conceptual developments of social capital, specifically the notions of "Closing relations", "Trust particularized /Generalized Trust", "Social Dilemma" and "public good". Proposes a way of rapprochement between the two fields of study to design a theoretical-methodological strategy for the analysis and promotion of techno-scientific and techno-economic networks.
