Abstract

Values -whose study is the object of axiology- are as old as humanity. They could have different denominations, as well as different hierarchy within the numerous cultures that have emerged in the history of the human being; but in all times they have been there, active or latent, although -always- guiding the evolutionary course of the human race, particularly in its stages of crisis.
