Abstract

Precisely these notes are intended to demonstrate how the Criminal Procedure Reform consecrates the Guarantee Judge as the Permanent Protector of the 5 fundamental rights, which constitutes the greatest conquest of Constitutional Law and the modern Rule of Law.
